  30. Make the pindi cholas
  31. 4-5 slit green chillies
  32. 1/4 cup ginger juliennes
  33. 1 tsp hing/asafoetida
  34. 1/2 cup ghee
  35. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. Soak the kabuli chana overnight. Next day pressure cooker for 7-8 whistles or till soft. While cooking kabuli the chana add the potli for the color.
  2. To prepare the pindi chole masala dry roast the ingredients, cool and then grind to a smooth powder. Add the powdered spices once masala is ready
  3. Now in a kadai remove the chana. Strain the water and keep it aside. Now add hing, green chillies, ginger juliennes and salt. Mix well. Add the pindi chole masala. Heat ghee and add it to the chana. Now keep the kadai on gas and cook it on low flame. Add the water little by little. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes. Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with bhatura.
