Take a cooker put soaked chickpea add salt to taste, baking soda 1tsp oil and take a muslin cloth place tea leaves, black and green cardamom, bay leaves, clove, cinnamon stick and make a potli from it and place it in cooker, add water as required and let it cook until 4-5 whistles.
- Now make a tomato puree:- Take a mixture pot add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chillies.
- For tempering:- Take a pan heat up oil add cumin seeds, then add chopped onions and saute till it is golden brown add all the spices then add tomato puree and let it cook until it leaves oil from the sides add boiled chole, salt AND water as required and cover it and cook it for few minutes.
